Fuel Pressure Qs and Problems

I have a fuel question for ya.

System in the car
RaceTronix 255 High Pressure setup in tank
stock AC filter (new)
MSD 50# injectors
Aeromotive Regulator (LT1 car) base pressure right now is 48psi
No FMU

When you do a key on, it goes to 50psi or so, then drops to 40...but within a minute it has lost all pressure completely. It does start and keeps fuel pressure and drives ok (still not tuned). The regulator moves with vac. and boost like it should.

Besides of it not holding pressure here are the other two problems. First if you are in traffic just driving around town not really layin into it, on a hot day it will loose almost 8-10psi of pressure but come right back up once the car has cooled off. Mind you the coolant temp isn't over 210 and the oil is still under 250. Secondly if you shut it off when it is hot, and try to restart it, it will crank fine but not start unless the throttle is wide open.

Short of pulling all of the injectors and sending them off to be cleaned and inspected I'm lost.

Ideas?
