fuel pressure

1.) I have a 94z and just finished my procharger w/ intercooler install.. I'm running 8psi boost. When I go to start my car I have to crank if for a while (few seconds) to get it to start. When I first take off its kind of sluggish. Once I've been driving its fine and seems to run good.

My fuel pressure gage is at 38psi idle and around 75psi under full boost. My procharger manual says to run around 40psi idle and 90psi boost. Is my car getting too much fuel or not enough? It seems to me its getting too much, but according to the manual its not enough? any ideas or input. I haven't yet had it tuned and I've tried messing w/ adjustable fmu, but condition seems not to change either way.. I'm having Bryan from pcmforless tune my car will this take care of it?

You have to scan your car. there is no way around it...

IF you do not scan your car you will never know what is going on with it...

I am running freescan and everything seems ok. I was just hoping someone would have and idea why it won't fire right up...also when I run freescan the a/f ratio won't work on the program any reason for this?
