found the limit of the stock shortblock

well as most you know i made 475 with a stock shortblock and 3.33 pulley on the vortech.

after we fixed the miss and fuel it ended up goin 512

so i decided why the hell not, 3.125 and sprayed the 100 shot

well 658/689 not to bad
but it seems the car is smokeing now lol
I think a ring is gone, the car still drives but underboost it feels very very

so looking for a 355 built, im hopeing to see 650rwhp on the blower alone and who knows on the bottle

All these dyno pulls were sequential?

If so, all this does is tell us how much you can go in one day . I would have to make a guess that the stock shortblock would go boom WAY before that if you were putting any street miles on it.

Oh...you have a good reason to rebuild now .

Limit of the stock short block is when the internals go external.

Good numbers though, can't wait to see what the 355 does on it's death run.
