Forged pistons
Just my .02, but if you were thinking of simply pulling out the old pistons and slapping the new forged models in, i would strongly recommend you consider rebalancing the rotating assembly. and since the engine will be out and rotating assembly being balanced, the cylinders can be bored TP honed to the specific piston manufacturers P2W clearances for a more reliable built engine. depending on the mileage of the engine, a new HP oil pump and bearings can be replaced at the same time. then your starting wiht a nice and fresh well put together platform. otherwise you may find yourself spending money you don't want too down the road. just a thought!
