Forged 383 kits and cam?

I am thinking of building a 383 forged stroker motor. I cant spend more than 3500 total (that includes machine work). I am thinking about running 12-15psi (maxxing out my vortech S trim). I also need to get a blower cam that will pass emissions. If any of you can post a link to some stroker kits (I already checked the sponsors and found that racenet and CM have good pricing on parts) and also a cam recommendation for this blower. I know everyone says get the 224/236, but will it pass emissions? Any help would be appreciated.

I did a search, but it didnt really help me.

Maybe a custom ground cam would be better for me? Any recommendations on duration, lift and lsa?

My goal is to be around 550-600rwhp with as much boost as my little s trim will produce

Well, I think I might go with this kit. Seems like all the components are forged right? Will it handle 12-15psi and power outputs upwards of 600rwhp?

EG-37557-31 - Eagle 383 cubic inch Low-Compression (blower/turbo) Rotating Assembly
4.030" Bore SRP -31cc dish pistons, 3.75" stroke Eagle forged crank, Eagle forged 5.70" H-Beam Rods ($1749.97)

Also, what blower cam will pass emissions in a 383? I am thinking that maybe the 224/236 114lsa might not, so maybe a custom ground cam like a 220/232 114-116lsa may be more reasonable? Any suggestions?

Is that the 224/236? High lift or low lift?

It looks like the 3190/3192 is the following:

214/224 .565/.605 (1.6RR's). Is that too small for a 383? What kind of power levels with that cam support?

Mine made 613rwhp with an S-trim through cats and mediocre heads (AFR 195 out of the box with no porting). That was with 1.5 rockers.

The 218/230 .528"/.555" looks good, but the lift is low. Can I have any lift custom ground, or is whats on that catalog is all there is too choose from?

Stock ecu?? Any tricks to get that power? What boost level? Does the kit i mentioned form CM seem like it would do the job? I plan on making it a 4 bolt main as well. Thanks for the input.

I have been doing alot of reading on the searches, and i had a question. Is there a version of the 224/236 that would pass emissions (114lsa, 115lsa, 116lsa)?
