F2 Procharger

Is the F2 Procharger a good charger?? how much is it??

Here is going to be my setup maybe: I don't know too much so i will be getting some professional help if need be: THis is what i came up with.

396 Stroker motor
1.Racemaster Crank
2.JE Custom Forged 9.1:1 blower pistons (33cc)dish
3.Oliver billet Rods
4.Callies 4-bolt splayed billet main caps
5.Comp Cams Pro Magnum adjustable rockers
6.AFR Hydra Rev kit
7.Holley 58mm throttle body
8.Factory LT1 Block (intake ported)
9.Meziere electric water pump
10.210cc LT4 SBC Racing Competition Porting
11.Ferrea 2.055/1.60 high-temp forced induction valves
12. Comp Cam------?????????

what do you guys suggest??........ like how much boost or should i change something......supposedly this setup should hold 15-25psi safely.

Some of the BIG Guns will step in with more info, but a key part of the list you made that is missing is a good DYNO TUNE. Its is not exactly "part", but should be placed on the list as a key factor. With a good tune it will get you to the HP mark you are looking for, along with bigging relablity to the setup.

you can make 700-800rwhp with a YS-trim and better yet a F-1R procharger.

The F2 is really very large and i dont think it would fit in a 4th gen engine bay without relocating it somewhere else completely.

The F1 will fit and i am told that the F1-R will fit with some modifications. My friends 406 with a F1-R, 220 AFRs, Miniram intake, old style DFI, and a decent solid roller went 9.27 @ 151 on 12.5 ET Streets and a soft 1.5 60'

Agree. My friend is making 880rwhp with a 331ci Ford and an F1R and the blower isn't maxed out. An F1R is plenty big. I am using an F1 and I see 17psi on my 383 without maxing it out.

Hey thanks guys. That is a good idea about getting it dyno-tuned. So you think the F1 would be best?? I really don't need to be modifying and moving things--i want to be able to just put it in without too much hassle. I'll probably be back asking for more advice.....thanks again

Rich will chime in but I know he is making at least 700 on the blower w/out n20.

Can't say, with the high stall converter the chassis dyno doesn't get accurate results. It made >700rwhp with 14psi, so all I can say is "more than 700rwhp". Hopefully, I will have some trap speeds in a week or two to verify that assertion.
