This would be best discussed in the Forced Induction forum.
Moving, Thanks.

A good all around turbo for the LT1's is a T66, spools quick and has some ***** up top. If you want more, then go with a T76, it has enough to almost surpass the blocks limit.

I recommend the T70. It's small enough that it will still spool and can be used for low boost applications, yet when maxed out will make enough power to put a street car into the 10s.

I'm gonna go w/ the T76GTQ, but i don't know who's kit i'm gonna use yet. this will be on a low comp. 383. I'll probably get flamed for saying this, but STS has been the most cooperative w/ me even though i don't plan on using their kit. leaning more towards the PTK unless Jordan Musser makes me a custom one. you might try talking to him , he seems pretty knowledgable. just my .02.

I loved my T76..... it had some ***** even though i never ran it into its sweet spot it had enough to keep things "entertaining"
I'd go with a 70-72 or 76 depending on the size of the engine and power expectations. The trim of the wheel is going to determine alot about spool as well.
Good luck,
STEW
