Hey wingnut, what all did you have to change to put the th400 in? I have a 400 with transbrake in my 81 Camaro and I was contemplating moving it over to my 94.

I just built a new cross member and used a Looker flexable dipstick tube. O. and I had to build a new driveshaft and torque arm setup.

Wingut,
Yeah thats exactly what happend to my 6spd as soon as 3rd gear hit the tranny fell apart. I cant move the car now. Im running the street twin clutch with no problems. I just need to get those 160lb injecters so I can run more then 20psi

If anyone wants 83# injecters hit me up

Hey jeff whats up?

Chris' dyno does not have the nice big dyno fan that the okc shop has, take a working boost controler with meth, and we are talking 400rwhp difference from chris' place to okc. I thought I would break the 1000rwhp mark at chris' but my boost controler quit working and I was stuck at 10psi. That day at 10psi was a best of 570 something...very bad and very hot. 180 deg iat without meth.

I made a 10:24 run with the old system the week before I started working on the new system. Have not had the new system on the track. I have raced a new F4 bike...surprised him. got him from a low speed street run and then we did a highway run from 40 to 115...he was not even close.

Got the top gear thing worked out with some 29" mt and 3:73's now.

If it cools down, i will race sat night.

O, hey jeff. the last time I was at the track, they gave me some grief with the cage...said it needed to be "certed." I told them I wanted it to be leagle for 9:50 ish...but I do not want a ten point in there. I guess when I switch bodies I will have to correct this.
