Dyno #'s:Bolt-on; cam; s-trim LT1
I've posted a couple of ?'s on the board during the s-trim install on my 93 Z28 so i figured I'd share the dyno numbers.
Mods: long tubes w/offroad y; flowmaster catback but going through the cutout; 42lbs injectors; crower nitrous/blower cam; alky control kit; vortech s-trim pushing about 7 1/2 psi at 6k rpm
Corrected it made 482 rwhp and 445 rwtq, uncorrected was 520/481 (speed density on a cold day!) with an 11:1 a/f ratio and 26 degrees timing
It made more boost than i wanted so when the weather starts warming up i'll probably get a .2 larger pulley to bring it back to around 6 psi so it doesn't throw parts everywhere. Not to shabby for a stock motor LT1 with a cam (never even had the heads off). The hp curve wasn't even close to peeking when we shut down at 6k rpm because of the boost. I'm happy with the numbers but i know its on the edge

Id guess since he just put it on the dyno it hasn't been run yet on the track.
Definitely not bad for stock bottom end and stock heads. Track times could be anywhere from 12.5-11.5 depending on driver and suspension mods. I would guess a high 11's with DR's is attainable. Nice job man. Good to see im not the only one still messing with stock block LT1's. LT1 FTW!
Ive just recently added my project to the LT1 Boosted rollcall sticky, you should do the same. So far my best 1/8 mi. is 7.42 @ 96mph with a crappy 60 ft. on 5lbs and a 150 shot with the 30lb. svo injectors maxing out about 5800 RPM. Just got my 42 lb. injectors in sat. so we'll see how much more shes got in her.
I wouldnt worry about the 7.5 lbs. of boost you're running bro. As long as your a/f ratio is good and you got the alky injection kit running right, you wont have to worry about detonation @ 26* of timing. I dont have any intercooler as of yet, and no alky kit yet, and I havent seen any detonation at 28* of timing with the spray. It has been a tad cool though lately, summer will be another story. She runs about 180* at the track but temps. were creeping up after my passes but she was also leaning out on the top due to the small injectors maxing out.
Get her to the track bro and get some vids! I say leave her pullied the way you got it!

Yeah, i haven't been to the track yet. I'm still on a stock 10-bolt with 3.73's so i don't know if i want to ride in a roll back home. The car hooked well when it had a 4l60 and stall with DR's (1.62 60'), but i'm back to street tires with the T56.
I took it for a spin a few minutes ago (70 degrees here today) and i finally got to feel it pull in 2nd and 3rd gear. When it was cold the last few days it would spin all the way through them. It pulled hard and still no signs of detonation, but i want the motor to last at least a year before i have to yank it out. I'm tempted to leave it pullied like it is though. Thanks for the replies
Stock block LT1's forever, well hopefully for at least a year!
Good luck with the 42lbers blown94, i got mine when i did the cam, which were way to big then, but its worked out perfect now

I am gonna do something similar with a p-600b, intercooler and custom cam only setup. with 8#s and i have pacesetter long tubes, ory pipe, 3.73 and 3000 converter. I hope to get in the 11's with that setup if not i will shoot it.
