Does P1SC Need to be taken off to change its oil?

Does P1SC Need to be taken off to change its oil?
I just noticed info about Vortech's V3 which states it has a drain plug. Does the P1SC have a drain plug and be able to change the oil while still on the car?

Yes there is a drain plug on the bottom of the head unit. Change my oil in my cogged F1-A setup while still on the car.
