Is a custom Cam worth it for me on boost?

Im looking ahead and trying to piece together my internals for my DIY T70front mount log setup. Im reusing my LE3 heads, Morels, ported intake, 58mm tb, and purchasing a forged crank, eagle H-beams and JE pistons (-22cc). Ill be selling my LE2 cam since its on a 107LSA and was thinking about picking up this one

The question is, Is it worth it over an off the shelf grind? My goals for the T70 are 600rwhp but ive built it so I can upgrade to a T76 down the road, with Logs I think im limited to around 700 even with the T76.

I'm trying to find a reverse split cam. With logs your hot side is going to be pretty inefficient,, so lots of back pressure.

I have read that more intake duration and less exhaust can help in these cases.

I am running a 218/224 cam and I know I have other issues to work out too but I don't like it. Want something like a 234/228 on a 114-115 I think for me.

Either way I just don't like that one listed for sale, not for turbo.

The .24X and the .6XX is what scares me. I dont want anything bigger than my LE2. Id also like to keep the lift below .600 W/ my 1.6 promags.

i would get a custom cam for any application. I think theres a decent gain from a shelf cam, I would take to cam motion for a turbo cam. Maybe comp, if you look on forcedinductions.com or talk to jose you should be on the right path.
Picking a boost cam is not a easy thing.
