Can Corvette LT1 Exhaust Manifolds be flipped on a D port head?

Now that I am retired, I have been considering turbocharging my 1995 Z28. I can buy a pair of Corvette LT1 exhaust manifolds in good condition for about $60 at a local salvage yard. Does anyone have any experience using these manifolds for turbocharging a 4th gen F-body? I know there will be some port misalignment caused by installing an inverted D port manifold on a D port cylinder head. Is there enough material in the manifolds to port match them to the cylinder heads when flipped? I don't want to remove any material from the cylinder heads. My cylinder heads are GM LT4 castings that have been ported by Advanced Induction.

Thanks.
