I'm just curious what people think a good cam would be for my application. My plans are to have a 383 w/ AFR 190cc heads w/ 2.08 & 1.65. Forged dished pistons 6.0 rods. Eventaully a D1 compressor at around 18+*. I want this to be streetable. I want a power range of 2500-6500. T56, and 3.73s. 42* injectors will probably be used. Maybe a 150shot. I'd like to hear from you guys with 383s and forced injuction. What are somethings I can do to my fuel system to support this kind of power. What do you think I'd get for gas mileage?

 

with that motor, and a blower at 18psi you will beed at least 83lb injectors. that means one of LJs intjector boxes..

cam wise, I would bet a 224/236 would fit the bill. put it on a widish lobe seperate. 115-116.
