buying a LT1 turbo kit

first of all, some info on the car:
1996 WS6 trans am, low compression(approx. 8.5:1) 383 stroker w/ forged internals, summitt crank (hey, it was already there), eagle rods, JE dished pistons, ported and polished intake and heads, valves are being upgraded, cam will be replaced w/ whatever the motor needs, crane gold 1.6 rollers, you get the idea.
Ok, with that out of the way, Texas Speed and Performance is freshening up the motor as we speak and i'm ready to start ordering the components that i will need for a single turbo setup. here's where my ignorance comes into play. I'm looking for a daily driven setup with the capability of producing up to say 650 RWHP. It'll mostly be driven w/ 5-7psi. with the occasional raise in boost at the track. I've been told to go w/ a T76 and that sounds like the way to go, but i was looking at what all options are out there and what would match my motor setup. also, what brand accessories would every1 recommend for this setup ie. BOV, wastegate, turbo timer, injectors, etc.? i'm not looking for the cheap way out, but don't really want to break the sound bearier either. i guess what i'm really asking for is what all do i need to buy and are there some proven kits out there that include all of this? thanks in advance, Johnny.

For my T76, I was going to use a Tial 42mm wastegate, two 1G DSM BOVs, 72# injectors on a FAST setup. You could get by with an Accerleronics box, BTM and the stock PCM, but I figured I'd do it right the first time.

Don't forget about getting the headers done and an intercooler. A turbo won't be a cheap undertaking if you can't do the work yourself.
