"Which is better?" question.

I did a search and I've been reading for quite a while, but I haven't found anything that really addresses the issue properly.

Basically, here's the motor, I'll be as brief as possible.

Rebuild the stock bottom end. Stroke it to 383 and use 6" rods.
Blueprint and balance the entire bottom end. Zerodeck, line bore, everything.
Stock Iron LT1 heads. Biggest exhaust vales I can fit in. Port & polish, doing everything I can to bring the exhaust flow up as close to 100% of intake as I can. Hydrailic roller cam, roller rockers.
This wouldn't be in a daily driver but it needs to be just that reliable.

Now, I want to use forced induction. I will definately use intercooling no matter what I use.

Am I better off with relatively low compression and high boost or high compression and low boost?

Also, plumbing issues aside, am I better off with a supercharger or a turbocharger? If turbo, two smaller ones or one big one?

Please understand that I consider these two questions very interrelated.

I would recommend going with lower compression and higher boost. A supercharger will be much cheaper and alot easier to install while a turbo is alot harder to install, more expensive, harder to tune but will make more power. If you are on a budget my vote would be to go with a supercharger.
