Racetronix,

Just recieved your Walbro 340 kit with body ground upgrade and alternator wiring kit for a 96 vette...what will this setup alone handle on a big single turbo car before needing to go to the MSD BAP? thanks in advance!

Apx. 550RWHP with safety margin. Beyond that a MSD BAP is recommended.

what is the difference between the BAP and the harness. doesnt the BAP raise the voltage to the pump as well as the harness? thanks

Yes the harness provides whatever voltage the alternator has to deliver. The BAP is a voltage amplifier which can boost the voltage beyond the battery/alternator's voltage.

The harness with the BAP is better than the BAP alone

more "flow" of current.

Putting a BAP on the factory wiring only compounds the problem with the factory wiring.

650-700RWHP with factory lines.
Depends on motor's BSFC and operating pressure.
