Ati Procharger 2 Core I/C Install...Pics
Re: Ati Procharger 2 Core I/C Install...Pics
I had a problem with my twin intercooled procharger were the intake hose would collapse under boost causing the car to bog (loose power) at around 5000 rpm at wot. The intake is so tight in the inlet area that the 90 deg. rubber intake hose would collapse causing it to block the air coming into the engine.

Succesful, this thing roars, the old plugs were actually gapped at .60, and we took them down to .35 with the tr6's. And it definantly don't lack power.

Well now its not detonating or anything, but it has small chug fits, so i'm going to put the injectors(42lb) back in and see what happens.
Re: Ati Procharger 2 Core I/C Install...Pics
Did you ever hook that MAF sensor up? Are you changing the tune when swapping out the injectors?
You should do both...
BTW, what tune are you running on?

Make sure you have the MAF flowing in the correct direction. Sounds stupid but in the midst of doing 5 other things you sometimes overlook the obvious. Ill admit to having done it once myself and car still ran but didn't seem quite right. And you should definitely be running the 42 lb'rs. if thats what your tune was set for. You could be overworking the stockers if its programmed for 42's.

Well as of now everything is going back to stock, I don't have the time or money to keep trying to figure this supercharger out. Thanks for everyones suggestions, and i hope everyone else out there trying to install these things on your cars are having better luck then me. Thanks. Again.
