Ati Procharger 2 Core I/C Install...Pics
I'm really having a hard time getting my Intercooler to mount right, and the instruction manual sucks. Does anyone have a website they use for reference, anything would be helpful. Preferebly Pics I don't like to read. Thanks.

What is the problem you are experiencing? Are you mounting the one that sits under the car and uses the metal "brackets" from ATI??? When I mounted mine, I found it necessary to make my own brackets. It has a tendency to "ride" low on the vehicle, so I fabricated some brackets of my own to help raise the intercooler up a bit. Since there are so many flexible lines/hoses for the intake system, this didn't seem to be a problem with connecting the intercooler to the rest of the system

I got the intercooler installed, but now I can't get the tubing that sucks in the air for the charger, to clear the wheel. WTF: I am never using a used system again, there are so many parts missing.

Well I got everthing installed and running, when I hammer it and get up to about 4200 rpm in any gear, and it start cutting out on me, is that not getting enough gas? And do I adjust with the regulator?
Re: Ati Procharger 2 Core I/C Install...Pics
Any help would be great when accelerating between 2000-3000 in any gear, it will sputter, and cut out, and all this other crap, any ideas?

Do you have a fuel gauge in that you can look at while you are driving, and what have you done to the fuel system to support the SC? stock fuel system with no mods will fall flat on it's face with 42# injectors & a blower.

I put a 255 Inline Walbro Pump, new filter, and new regulator, running 93 octane. What else would I need as far as the fuel system goes? Could it be my ignition system going to crap, I have NGK-TR5 plugs. And I was thinking about getting an MSD Blaster Coil. I put MSD 8.5 mm wires. Um...I dunno what to say though, except it chugs when I accelerate, or possible misses. I'm not even sure though, maybe I need to put in TR6's in it. It all started when I punched it going 30, and accelerated thru 4, and then after that it started chugging, and got really sluggish if that helps at all.

Are you running a custom tune, cause you need to be taking some timing out or you might be detonating. At 4200, you are probably just starting to make boost. You also might be losing your spark - might need smaller gap/colder plug/ignition amplifier/boost retard. I also think you need to check your fuel pressure while driving the car (although I had a stock pump/inline booster pump/42# injectors and it ran fine) or maybe you should drive it to a dyno and get it on a wideband and see what's happening before you wreck the engine.

I'm running a tune from Madz28, I told him what I had done to it, and he tuned it according. If i could find a dyno around here, then that would be awsome, got any sites that can tell were the nearest dyno is? I can never find them.
BTW: I'm going to get a blaster coil from MSD. Um...yeah.
Lemme know on the dyno thing, finally some dry roads and no power...

Well how about this question? Would it be a good thing to have the mass air flow sensor still installed?? Would that make a difference in how much fuel is given to the motor, and how well it runs? Or if it chugs or not?
