Installed the Mass Airflow Sensor with no luck, its still running like crap, way to lean. Only other things I could think of, are:

1. Ignition
2. Belt Slippage
3. Bad Pump
4. Bad Injectors
5. Bad Supercharger

I dunno what to say, I Can't figure it out. I checked all of the above, and they all test out.

Take it down to a basic system and troubleshoot it from there. Pull the blower belt and see if it boggs or cuts out the same as when under boost. Get a fuel gauge hooked up to the schraeder valve and tape it to the cowl or windshield where you can see it, or install an electrical gauge in the dash. You need some data gathering ability of some sort, especially if you can't tell the difference between ignition & fuel problems. If you can hook up a laptop, get some logs of your runs and look at what the ignition & fuel are doing.

Everything on the car is fine, now how much will plugs, cut down the amount of power given to the car, I just ordered a set of BBk headers, a blaster coil, and some TR6 Plugs. Could that be my major problem? The plugs that is.

I just don't understand how "Everything on the car is fine" if you are asking "Could that be my major problem". Somewhere on your car, something is not fine. Some guys get bad plug wires out of the box, so don't exclude new parts from causing a problem. Gotta be thorough and methodical to find a tough problem, and if you expect help from people on the internet, you have to give up some real information and log some runs.

Yeah ok. Well the plugs in the vehicle currently are TR5 plugs gapped to .65, and the plugs I just ordered are the Ngk-TR6 gapped to what ever they are out of the box. As far as everything being fine. I guess I forgot to take the belt off and see what happens. Sorry, I'm an amature give me a break. Its my first install.

That's probably your problem. The gap is so large that the spark is getting blown out under boost. Your gap needs to be closer to .035. Also, don't ever trust the gap of a plug right out of the box. Plugs get dropped at the parts store all time. Double check the gap on the new plugs.
