anyone with a paxton balldrive intested in...?
I'm posting this here to check interest... I'm going big this year and there's two custom pieces of my Paxton setup that I will probably be parting out.
First is my blow-through MAF setup with blow-off valve (non-intercooled). It includes everything between the supercharger outlet to the throttle body, minus the MAF sensor.
Here's a pic: clicky clicky
Since this pic was taken, I tig'd a nipple on to the aluminum tube before the hump hose and attached a Bosch vacuum-actuated bypass valve, vented to atmosphere. I'm asking $170 for this (or $110 without the vortech elbow)
Second is the #1 slip-fit primary I made for hooker/jet-hot long tubes to work with the paxton blowers. It's the only way to run long-tubes with a paxton setup due to their design. It's made using 1 3/4" mild steel tubing and a 3/8" header flange.
It's two separate pieces so it can be installed either before or after the blower outlet tubing is installed. I had it Jet-Hot coated silver to match my headers and keep things in the engine bay cooler.
Here's a pic: clicky clicky
Since this pic was taken, I added a band clamp on to the first joint to seal a small exhaust leak. There's quite a bit of time in this one and with the cost of the jet-hot coating, I'm asking $110 for it.
