Unhappy Aftercooler leaks water into intake!

I could use some help from you guy's.
First my heat exchanger leaks now this.

Long story short my Vortech Aftercooler had a 2" crack in the front of the case. It was between the 2 inlet tubes. Not too sure what happend. Maybee water froze in it during the winter.

It would leak water if I turned the pump on. So I took it to a welder to get the crack welded. I thought all was fine. Ran the pump looked inside and sure enough it was pooling up water inside the Aftercooler!

Crap what the hell do I do now?

Any help would be appreciated
Thanks
John

I would just get rid of the aftercooler and get a methanol kit.

Welding up the outside of the aftercooler case doesn't do anything to fix the "radiator" that's inside the case. Not sure that you can get access to fix the internal leak.
