I think I will go ahead and replace the motor mounts. What brands do you guys prefer?

Depends if you want to replace them with stock rubber mounts or poly aftermarket mounts.

The prothanes will solve your problem. Vibrations in the car will increase slightly. If you can get away with only replacing one then you can cut the vibrations down. My pacesetter longtubes and y pipe used to bump the floorpan on heavy accelleration. Prothane poly mounts solved my problem.

I am pretty sure I can get away with only replacing my drivers side, but will my viberations be a lot worse because of the cam?

It depends, the poly ones will be a little more harsh and might experience additional vibrations. Some people do not like that on their daily driver.

Any chance replacing it with a new stock motor mount would fix it? Its already has a good bit of vibrations and I just don’t want it to be annoying

Replacing with stock motor mounts will probably fix your problem.

I used prothane mounts and I don't think they cause a significant amount of vibration.

I just installed Pacesetter LTs and the Y-pipe this last week. There is little to NO clearance between the underside and the Y-pipe. I have the stock mounts in there too. I can feel the exhaust bumping underneath, but if poly mounts are taller, won't that make the problem worse?

How did you guys with pacesetters use poly mounts?

When I put on my pacesetter longtubes and ory, I had the same problem. I used poly mounts from energy suspension and the issue was gone. I also had no vibrations from them whatsoever. Somewhat of a pain in splitting the clamshells and all but well worth the bloody knuckles. I wish I would have switched them when the manifolds were off in the first place. I'll bet you will feel the same way.

Got some poly mounts from Shon when I did my LT install. Didn't notice any additional vibrations and it took care of most of the y pipe hitting. Every once in a while (Like hauling *** up a steep hill) the y pipe may hit, but 100% different than with the stock engine mounts, which was pulling timing btw from it banging so hard.
