I am talking about the clamps which are not the typical U shaped ones, but the ones made out of metal which wrap around the entire pipe as to improve ground clearance. Can these be purchased locally or only online? I tried autozone...no luck

 

I purchased them from Summit, they ran a little under ten bucks a piece.

I got mine from Summit as well. Get the "stepped" version and not the butt lap joint style. Since you have the Pacesetter headers, the y-pipe slips over the collectors so you need the step to make sure and get a good seal. Jegs also has thier own brand at a good price.
