What O2 extensions do I need?
I just ordered a set of long tube headers for my '99 Z28. I know I'm gonna need O2 extensions, but I don't know which ones I'll need. 24" or 12"? 1 or 2? I'm not keeping my rear O2's so I just need extensions for the front 2.
Use wire and solder to extend the wire length. There will be less resistance then having a connection. Plus its a lot cheaper.
But if you must...
24" is for long tubes
12" is for mids

I did my own extensions, took about 45min. Here's a link to some extensions http://shop.ebay.com/i.html?_nkw=ls1...xension&_rdc=1
If i'm not mistaken the drivers side o2's are further back than the passenger's side.
