tightening stock manifolds

Hey i just had a shop put all new exhaust manifold bolts and gaskets in a few months ago. They told me after a while they may need tightened again. Well i can now tel they need a tightening and i was wondering is it going to be a PITA to do it myself without removing anything? thanks everyone

My app... 97ss 383ci D1 MM6 with SLP short headers. I use both 12 point and hex arp bolts indifferent places. Also, use different length 3/8 open and closed end wrench. I have also used a coat hanger to loop the end to apply force for torque. Forget getting a torque wrench down there. B.
