Exhaust System From headers to exhaust tips

are stock Z28 tips SS?

are stock Z28 tips SS?
Are the stock rectangle exhaust tips made of stainless steel?

If so i'd like to polish them instead of the black they are now.

no, they are not stainless stock. you'd be better off buying stainless ones or painting them black with high temp paint.

I believe they are, but the SS type may not lend itself to a really nice polish result.
