Does anyone know where I can find the STOCK 97' Camaro SS Exhaust. Not the dual exit SLP option exhaust, but the one that exits on the driver side but has dual pipes? I have Borla on my 95' Z now and I want something quieter and love the look that exhaust has.

 

A complete one is going to be used and will likely have to come via ebay or the for sale board here. You need the 2OTL which SLP discontinued a ways back. Last time I looked at their web site they had some bits & pieces (I recall seeing the muffler) in the clearance & scratch n' dent sections. HTH

and what is the difference vs the stock muffler or vs high flow muffler??, the SS muffler is better than magnaflow or borla?

 

This is the SLP (SS) muffler. As you can see, it's straight through; And because the inlet and outlet line up, it probably flows better than the others. You can't get much better than that.

 

Yes, I had one on my 97ss Camaro M6. Two on the Left. It had a small oriface before the thru SLP muffler (3" to 2"). I cut it out with a sawzall. But, the SLP muffler is a good one. I sold my TOTL SLP system. I have a modified Mufflex 3 1/2 now since I went FI. Lov you Cam_z28_com. B.
