So I thought RKsport was Bad! but Wow JetHot

I thought dealing with RKsport was bad but Jet Hot totally blows. After 20 minutes of being put on hold, bounced around, hung up on, and flaked off, I can't say I'm satisfied with thier customer service. I was just trying to find out about getting my header repaired (manufacturers defect), and now I'm just thinking about switching over to Kooks altogether. If that is how they handle thier customers who use thier products and have an issue with thier quality why should I run them? Where is the support? Unbelievable

I had great service with RK-Sport, during my header fiasco. It just depends on if your lucky or not I guess.

Come on, you can't base your entire opinion based on one phone call. Sure they frustrated you by running you around abit and disconnecting you, but you don't know the circumstances. For all you know they've got a shortage of people today and were trying to get your call handled as best they could. Give them another chance.

Wrong forum... this is not a "tech" question, and is not an "LT1/LT4" question.

Moving to "Exhaust".
