Poor peformance after header install

Just installed long tube headers on my 93 z28. Now the car has a bit of a rough, luggy idle and acceleration. I blocked off the egr tubes, do I just need to get the egr tuned out now? I am also pulling code #13, which I believe is an o2 sensor issue.

DTC 13 = Bank 1 (left) Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) Circuit (open circuit)

Appears the driver's side O2 sensor has a wiring problem, or the sensor is burned out. Since your 93 has 1-wire sensors, its possible you have a bad ground via the header.
