I have the same setup including the Y pipe on my car except my LT's have the emissions fittings on them. MY headers fit great, but the emission fitting hits my trans dipstick tube. If they had welded it in ANY other position it would fit perfect...which pisses me off.

Otherwise, they're great and ground clearance is great also. I have an LS1 Eibach pro-kit on my LT1 convertible.

Nope, no noises and no cats. I'd get the coated ones if I were you, the #6 spark plug is hella close to the header tube and you'll probably end up burning plug wires from the excess heat.

Have Summit price match Texas Speed or someone else...I paid 379 for mine coated and shipping was free

Exhaust wrap is bad for headers. It makes the metal brittle over time.

I have the Pacesetter Lts and granted they tuck up very nice, even at stock ride height, I have a little less than a soda cans distance from the header to the pavement. Just something to keep in mind seeing that you have your car dropped. I would spend the extra money to have the headers coated, forget the wrap. As for burning plug wires, look into an over-the-valve cover wire setup. Do a search, you should find plenty of pics of other people who have done that setup.
