Noise difference?

I'm planning on buying some LT or mid length headers in the near future, and I was just wondering how much louder will my car be than with just the stock manifolds and magnaflow cat-back? Also, are the gains noticeable, will I feel a difference with the headers on?

It probably won't add much of a noise difference, my LTs along with the Magnaflow catback was pretty tame. I had to add a cutout to get it to the noise level I wanted. You will notice a very nice power increase though.

I had magnaflow and stock manifolds for a while...added LTs and i dont know if it was LOUDER, but it sounded 10x better.

Nice that's exactly what I wanted to hear. My buddy has a Lexus IS300 with catback and headers and he thinks he can run me, so I wanted to put some headers on soon so I can shut him up.

Throw on a bottle while you are at it. Let him learn the hard way.
