New Slp Headers

Just saw where slp has a new lt header that is supposed to have more clearance and just drop in. Anybody know anything on this?

Not sure...But I bet if you installed those with some LMs you would be hated by all your neighbors.

Yea I have the first slp headers with the lm1 and I personaly think it is too loud in the car. I am wondering how they compare to like say a set of Kooks.

The droning? or just too loud to talk to someone else, etc.

I wonder if this is true as well. The SLPs are known for offering poor ground clearance and considering how tough the LS1 long tube market is, I'm wondering if that prompted them to do a design change?

The droning and the rasp at high rpms. What I have in mind is a stock cat back with an e cut out. I would like to have no rasp in my exhaust and a stock sound until I want to open the cut out.

I like the LM1 as long as you dont have headers but with the headers they are pretty loud so it just depends on what you like.
