Muffler ?

I did a search and didn't really find what i wanted. I would like to replace my muffler on my stock 95 Z28. I want something with a nice tone. I was on the SLP website and seen their camaro ss muffler (part #310599100) but it says it's for a 1997 and 1/2. First Question is will it be louder than stock? I want something louder than stock but not like the LM1 at this time. Next question is will it fit my car? Like always, Thanks for the help, Justin

Idk what it means by 97 and 1/2 but I know the 96's and 97's had dual cats. Your car has a single cat. But if you are not getting a "cat-back" exhaust then it shouldn't be a concern for you. You are just looking for a new muffler correct? Btw I just got a magnaflow cat back a couple months ago and I love it. It was 400$ shipped and sounds great and is stainless steal. I recommend it
