You need a replacement valve, and the gasket, which should be supplied with the valve.
Remove the vacuum hose from the valve. The valve is held on the back of the intake manifold by two studs. Use a 1/2" wrench to loosen the two nuts. You may need a bit of leverage to loosen the valve/gasket from the surface of the manifold.
Clean the gasket surfaces on the manifold. Use a mirror to see the surfaces, and look at the two holes in the manifold to make sure they are not plugged with carbon. Put the new gasket on, put the new valve on, tighten the two nuts firmly on the studs. Reattach the vacuum line. I used a small amount of copper RTV on both sides of the gasket to insure a leak free seal.
Only real difficulty here is you can't really see anything - you have to do it by feel.
