Summit was nice enough to send me another pair of headers to try. There is better clearance for the cross-member but the port/manifold piece is warped about 1/4 inch.

Does this matter to my install? Is it going to leak constantly?

Anybody else have this problem? It is the same on both sets they sent me!!

there may be a bad batch out, not sure
I got my from texas-speed and had no problems at all, they are also smart enough to take them out and inspect them for flaws before shipping, so u might send it back to summit, request your money back, order from texas-speed (cheaper anyways) and be done with it. As far as the flanges - i dont doubt that they dont fit, pacesetters are designed for slip-fit connections, and mine tuck up very close to the floor board for maximum ground clearance
