Magnaflow install

I just bought Magnaflow catback, and i have a question about the install...I have pacesetter lt's and ory, will the magnaflow bolt right up? or will i need to do some welding/cutting too?

My Magnaflow catback slipped right over the Pacesetter ORY pipe. I then used a 3" band clamp to seal it up and called it a day.

assuming that the y pipe is factory length I see no reason why it wouldn't work.
