Hi. Can you post some photos of that Magnaflow Catback? Or any sound clips or video for it? They said that it was good. I am curious if that is true.

So glad after all that research I found the perfect thread. This has made my mind up: I'm going with Magnaflow over GMMG. I want a pure, deep throaty sound, no rattling, backfiring sound and decent level at low and cruising speed.

Did you use the gaskets that came with the kit or did you use Mr. Gasket or an alternative? Also, I want to get the hi-flow cat from magnaflow, even though I don't need it for inspection. I have LPP LT's/Y-pipe waiting to join the cat and cat-back exhaust. That should be it for exhaust system, right?

I took my magnaflow and cut it open and removed some of the packing. Still has that loud bark at WOT but it has a meaner idle and part throttle sound.

Just got my Magnaflow on. I think it sounds great. Much better than the stock exhaust. Now for the Stainlessworks headers and catted Y pipe.

USAFretired: Nice. I can't wait. I'm going from stock exhaust/heads to LE2 heads, 3" LPP headers and ORY, into a hi-flow cat from magnaflow. Topping it all off with the cat-back.
