What about LS1's I am looking for LT's but, i lowered my car so ground clearance is an issue. What are my options for headers?

Mac's are a mid length LS1 header and a great bang for the buck. They tuck up nicely.

The best flowing headers are the QTP long tubes. They tuck up pretty good but will run considerably more money than the Macs. They are made of stainless steel however.

Do not get Pacesetter mids, if your goin with mids get MAC. Your pacesetter mids will leak from the header gaskets and also the hook up to the ypipe no matter what type of gasket you use or what procedure you try. Pacesetter long tubes a bit different. Do not use the gaskets that come with the pacesetter headers they will burn and you will have leaks buy good quality gaskets.

If your car is lowered, I would probably stick with a set of mid-lengths as suggested.

Yeah, what he said. That's my car with Eibach Sportlines and Hooker LT's. You can see that the ground clearance isn't that great.
