LT4 Headers ?'s

I've been looking various places for headers, but I know there are several things to be concerned with.

Currently I have no cats, with 3 inch magnaflows all the way back with stock manafolds

Its too loud, (not necessarily for me, but 3k rpms and 119 db seems extreme for a street-able car)
But as far as personal preference, its very raspy(and poppy), especially when I engine brake...

Are any of the headers less noisy than others?
also, if I ever had to take it back to cali (where I'm from) I'd need to re-install the cats, and perhaps mid-lengths would be superior over long tubes for cali emission testing?

Then I am concerned with ground clearance. Do any of the headers or y-pipes drop below the oil pan, which already drags on speed bumps

I am willing to pay for ceramic, so thats not a problem

I've heard there are some y-pipes that have cats already installed in them?

the muffler will determine how loud the car is. Well, also if the car has cats on it because they act somewhat like a muffler because they reduce noise.

I would find a set of Mac's or Slp's for ground clearence and make sure they are coated. Than a muffler that isnt too loud. Done deal.
