Lt header O2 question.

Hi, I'm gonna be installing Pacesetter lt coated headers on my car. Will the lt damage the o2 sensors during their break in (first 2 weeks or so) and if so should I just plug the hole for then? Also, Is it okay to splice the o2 wire and then make longer with more wire? Or should I buy extentions(Where can I find them?).
Thanks Josh

I've heard that when the coating burns off it ruins them. I had to replace at least one when I got my engine running with the headers. It was also running rich, so I don't know exactly what killed the o2.

Splicing the wires will be fine, just don't do it half assed and you'll be okay.

Plug the holes with fittings to break the coating in. Car will run in open loop.
