Thumbs up The Jet-Hot Experience and The MAC Experience

I ordered a set of coated MAC headers from Jet-Hot. They were delivered in 10 days. Four days sooner than expected, but an air-injection ferrule and 3 integral washer nuts were missing from the installation kit. Over the next month I called 4 times to Jet-Hot. The 4 people at Jet-Hot were all courteous and said this would be corrected but no parts or return calls were received. They did send me decals and a refrigerator magnet though. I sent them back with a letter to their "president" detailing my problem but received no response. Apparently customer satisfaction at Jet-Hot means nothing to their management.

I then made 1 call to MAC products. They took care of my problem, at no cost, even though I had not purchased the headers directly from them. Their attention to MAC product user satisfaction is exceptional and appreciated.

Wow, I would be pretty aggravated if I was sent a refrigerator magnet and stickers, but not the parts needed to complete the job.

It seems to say that the gals on the customer service lines and accounting know what they're doing but the guys in management and production aren't fit to corral shopping carts in the supermarket parking lot! http://web.camaross.com/forums/image...s/rolleyes.gif

Just posting an update regarding a PM query:
The coating from jet-hot appears to be well done and is inside too, including the Y-pipe (I've never seen the MAC coating so I can't compare them) and no, I never received any response from jet-hot.
