If you really want to make it easy...do not use the supplied exhaust bolts at first. Find some bolts with the same thread pattern that are 2"-3" long. Start those bolts thru the headers(like the first and last bolt holes) and once you have a good 1/2" thread in the head, just pull the header out and let it sit there while you put the exhaust gasket in place, which should also sit on the same bolts. Then slide the header in place and put the middle four in, take out the first and last long bolts and put in the shorter bolts.
