i have a whole 3in magnaflow stainless steel exhaust from y pipe back. i have a cut out b4 the pipe bends up over the back but iam wondering since i tolk my cat off an now i gota straight pipe. i was wondering if i tolk it off replaced that with the slp slim muffler liek usin it as a cat right an i open my cut out will it sound liek the slp exhaust would but threw the cut out while iam still usin the magnaflow muffler in back with the tips. iam liek tryin to get the best loudest sound outa my 3.8 an iam also gonna get new headers

 

what Youre saying is...Youre trying to replace Your Cat, with an SLP resonator?

 

ya an open the cut out so it sounds good unlike straight outa the headers sounds horrible unless u rev it

 

I dont think You can fit the resonator in place of the Cat...I'm not to sure never heard of that before.

i just bought the muffler an the pacesetter headers last night so in 6 days i should be startin

yup its gonna be pacesetter headers to the slp shotgun bullet muffler then threw the cut out while the back remains the magna flow muffler an tips since the tips are nicccce

 

Buy a couple more cylinders and it'll be the best exhaust ever.
