2000 z28---- getting exhaust soon.... really set on LT's catted-y then custom pipe dumped with bullet mufflers in front of rear axle....want that classic muscle rumble inside n out of car ....also my car is a DD....would the ceramic coated pacesetters hold up well? or will they rust/wear down.....i am on tight budget but if i need 2 ill save up 4 a nicer set...just wondern if any1 could help me out ........thx

Why are you going to the trouble of installing a Y-pipe with cats, then somehow separating it to have (dual???) mufflers and dumps right before the axle? Bolt a cat to each collector, run a pipe toward the back from each cat, muffler and a turndown = true duals, no Y-pipe. Probably cheaper in the long run.

What he said ^ Pacesetters are decent headers for the price.. If you drive in alot of rain/snow/salt any ceramic is going to flake eventually...
