Header opinions

I am thinking of going to an LS6 intake with some 6.0L heads, my slp lt headers have the egr setup. What do you think I should do change headers or keep what I have.

I'm more of an LT1 guy. Wish I had an LSX car however there are endless possibilities for headers on your car, I've heard good things about the Dynatech LT LSx headers, but you could probably put the money to use elsewhere if you've already got LT's.

NOT SLP LT'S!!!!

I have them and I absolutely HATE THEM!!!!!! TERRIBLE ground clearance and WAYYYYYYYY overpriced!! You can get a darn good performing set of Hookers, Flow Techs or Pacesetters for a LOT cheaper and a LOT better Ground Clearance.. I'm swapping mine when I get the money and I'm not even going to TRY to sell them.. I'll have to pay someone to take them or sell them to a metal scrap yard.. DITCH the POS pipes... Ditch the EGR too, but get a tune.. Apparently there's spark tables in the computer for the EGR.. Granted they perform ......... ok ......... But, you COULD save them and put the money on something else IF you really don't mind the LONGEST tubes on the market.... .

I have a ls1 and I had hooker long tubes on them then I switched to pacestter longtubes and ORY. These have a lot better ground clearance than the hookers, especially on the y-pipe.
