Emissions?
Does your state have Db testing? If you still have the stock manifolds, y-pipe with cats and all O2 sensors, then you should be good unless you have a Db test, then i'm pretty sure your screwed.
i've been wondering that too. i have the loudmouth I which is slightly louder i believe? but when it came time for my cars inspection, we just got one under the table from my dad's friend. shhh
correct me if i'm wrong, but from my understandings, they are completely legal, in a sence that the resonator shape muffles the sound a tiiiiiiiiiiiny bit, making it a muffler? and they send a paper explaining that when you order from them. also, slp = street legal performance, so it better be legal! lol i think the only thing they don't guarantee is the sound level

You could always call the emissions testing center and find out exactly what regulations you will have to undergo. I called my emissions testing center a couple of times to get some questions answered before pursuing certain things in my exhaust setup.
some have an rev up test that goes to 2500 rpm. and measure db. most states do not. call and ask first. changing the exhaust only take 30 minutes. i keep everything for emissions. you never know
