Not really. The loudmouth has a resonator, it changes the note a little but doesnt really cancel any sound. The GMMG has 2 chambered mufflers that cancel out some of the sound, especially interior drone. Basically its the perfect mix out volume and tone. Its a little loud, but it sounds so good.

As of right now I do not have any rev clips, but will get those as soon as I get my new plugs in.

There is absolutely no drone in it. Make sure you ask the LM people if they have drone.

Running it without cats is great, and have no regrets about it. Id buy this exhaust in a heart beat for my next fbody. Sound > money.

You can see my car running here...

Let me know what you think.

I must've had about 20 people tell me how badass the car sounds, and that I must've woken everyone up within a mile.

car sounds badazz

and yes i know how loud and good sounding the exhaust could be

ive had plenty of ppl say my car sounds badass

im looking into purchasing an LE2 kit myself

out of these 3 exhausts the GMMG sounds the best when combined with no cats and long tubed headers, the other just sound like crap (borla "open", with plate is bearable but i dont like borla sound) but i also may be biased

Auto x is definatly fun. I was on my street tires and I was all over the place. The vettes were racing with autox specific tires, which made them seem to be on rails.

Tires make all the difference in the world.

And yes, mgray, try out an autocross or two. Quite possibly the most fun you'll ever have!

Lots of misinformation here, but I'll vote GMMG.

GMMG w/ LT's sounds good but it sounds a whole lot better w/ cats. It gets real deep esp if you are cammed or stroked. W/out cats it just a little too loud and sounds distorted to some degree. Can't go wrong w/ a GMMG or any of the other exhausts mentioned in this thread.

A friend of mine has a GMMG on his 97SS. Even with stock manifolds stock cats it still sounds AWESOME!! You hear him coming a mile away!
