The connections that went to the front of each exhuast manifold are the AIR supply lines. You remove the AIR pump, and the only things you have to block off are the AIR pump air supply line nipple on the inlet air ducting (5/8" ?? vacuum cap), and put small vacuum caps on the vacuum line to the AIR pump system (what you have will depend on whether your car had the AIR pump "recall" work done). Courtesy of Shoebox:

The flexible tube on the back of the intake manifold ran from the #8 runner on the passenger side manifold to the back of the intake manifold. You can just get (or make) a single, diamond-shaped block-off plate to cover the hole in the back of the intake manifold. If you want to delete the EGR valve, you need a second block-off plate, like the one's shown in the link above.

If you remove the EGR valve, then you remove the EGR vacuum solenoid. That requires that you put a vacuum cap on the vacuum nipple on the driver's side of the intake manifold.

Now you have to address the PCM codes that you will get for deleting the AIR and EGR components. Easiest thing to do is have the diagnostics "programmed out" of the PCM. If you have an emissions check where they plug into the ALDL connector, make sure the programmer knows how to delete the codes, without causing the PCM to set a "system not ready" flag. In some inspections, they will not pass you with too many "not ready" flags.

[EDIT] Why do I have the feeling that I just typed the exact same answer I gave you on another site?
