BBK headers, High Flow cat?

Looking for emission legal headers for Delaware. BBK says there legal and I can buy cermanic coated for $623.95 to my door. Pacesetters are cheaper but too many horror stories about fitment on a signle cat cat like mine. Also whats a good high flow cat to get to go with them?Anybody any experience with BBK?

I know a few people with the Edelbrock shorties and their happy with them for sound quality, but you won't see the HP #'s that you will with LT's. and one put them on himself and the other got rapped with $450 for someone to put them on for his lazy ***. two friends a 30 rack, jack and stands, and take a day to do it yourself. not too hard if you know what the underside of you car looks like

What do you want to know? Also, I wouldn't pay a shop to do them. Find a friend, order a pizza and pick up a case of beer.
