I just put mid length headers on my 94 and the 3rd plug back on the drivers side is directly behind a tube and it puts the back of the but against it and is melting the ceap out of them what can I do to fix this

 

Use zip ties to hold the wire away from the primary tube. Put a woven fiberglass heat sleeve over the wire. Put a small area of header wrap tape where the wire is contacting the primary tube. - do not wrap the entire tube, or the entire header.
